PRODUCT OVERVIEW
GWC Technologies offers three lines of
detection systems to serve critical needs in life science, chemistry
and materials science research: |
The
SPRimager®II Label-free array system This
versatile, affordable platform lets you monitor molecular interactions
in an array format without the use of labels such as fluorescent
tags. Interactions involving proteins, DNA, RNA, carbohydrates,
ligands, whole cells and more may all be monitored. And the
system offers complete freedom to choose array format and fabrication
method, making the SPRimager®II the most versatile label-free
platform you can buy. More...
| SpotReady™ chip substrates
are designed especially for the SPRimager®II, and
offer a fast and easy way to fabricate arrays of up to
25 probes per chip. More... |
| SPRchip™ substrates
have uniform gold surfaces suitable for fabricating higher
density arrays using robotic spotters. More... |

Fourier-Transform
SPR System: The SPR100
The high performance SPR 100 provides GWC’s patented*
wavelength scanning surface plasmon resonance capability in
a powerful single-channel system. The SPR 100 delivers compelling
sensitivity along with the broadest dynamic range of any commercially
available SPR device. Applications range from materials science
to analytical chemistry to life science. Configured as an accessory
for Nicolet® x700, Nexus® and Magna®-IR series spectrometers,
the SPR100 is available exclusively from ThermoFisher Scientific.

| SPRchip™ substrates with
plain gold surfaces are recommended for use with the SPR
100. SpotReady™ chips are not suitable for this
system. More... |

Enhanced
Reflectivity Measurement (PMIRRAS) GWC’s
Synchronous Sampling Demodulators (SSDs) enhance the information
obtained from infra-red reflectivity measurements. Used in combination
with a photoelastic modulator, SSDs enhance “PMIRRAS”
measurements of chemical structure and molecular orientation
of monolayers and thin films on conductive metal surfaces. SSDs
are available direct from GWC or from your preferred supplier
of FT-IR spectrometers. More... |
